This website is owned and managed by ZIVA ELZIN ESTABLISHMENT, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, trading as Elzin Beauty.

Our main Aim is to offer genuine and Original  beauty products with reliable delivery and customer support across the kingdom.

2. Products and Orders

            All items listed on our website are genuine and original.

            Prices shown include 15% VAT in line with Saudi tax regulations.

            Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email  with your order details.

            Please note that product photos are for reference; packaging or appearance may differ      slightly from the images shown.

       All prices are in SAR and may change without notice.

  The products sold on the Website are not for re-sale or distribution. You are limited to a         purchase of 5 items of any one product. We reserve the right to cancel orders and/or suspend   accounts where we believe products are being ordered in breach of this provision.

3.Use of the Website

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account. Sharing login details or allowing others to access your account is not permitted.

4. Delivery Details

            Standard Delivery:  20 SAR within the Saudi Arabia (delivery commonly takes 1–3 working days).

Express Delivery: 45 SAR for same-day delivery (available in selected areas).

            Our deliveries are handled by reliable courier partners — SAAB, Quiqup, SMSA, and Aramex.

            We always aim to deliver on time; however, delays caused by couriers, traffic, weather, or public holidays are beyond our control.

5. Payment Options

To make your shopping experience smooth, we offer several secure payment methods:

            Online Card Payment — processed safely through authorized KSA payment gateways.

            Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across the KSA, For orders over 500 SAR , only bank transfer is v accepted.

            Bank Transfer — you can pay directly to our account and share the transfer confirmation with us.

We never store or access your full card or banking details. All transactions are processed through secure and compliant systems.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue:

            Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

            Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

            Refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit after product inspection.

            Delivery fee is non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

            Sale or promotional items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.

   You’ll need to package the item securely and include:

    Your order number
    The returns authorisation number
     Whether a replacement or refund is needed
    The reason why you are returning the item.

7. Responsibility and Use

            Please read product ingredients and usage instructions carefully before use.

            Elzin Beauty (our company) is not responsible for misuse or allergic reactions.

            Once an order leaves our warehouse, we are not liable for delays or damages caused by courier services.

8. Offer and Promotion

 Promo code only for selected items

Promo codes can only be used individually.

9. Legal Terms

These Terms & Conditions and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be governed by, and construed and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of Saudi Arabia, without regard to the principle of conflict of laws. Any actions seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to these terms will be brought only in the Court of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh.
